By using the Services provided by Leedina Portraits you’re agreeing to the following terms.

Service overview for Portrait Clients:

1. Pre-shoot consultation - 2. Photoshoot - 3. Viewing Session - 4. Image Delivery

Product Policy:

As a rule Digital products are delivered within 1 day from the date of payment clearance. Printed/archival products will be delivered within 14 days from the date of payment clearance.

Image Use:

The Client has the unlimited license to use the purchased images/video for personal and professional purposes including but not limited to: printing, publication, sharing online, website, social media etc.

The Photographer retains the copyright of the images/video produced during the Portrait Session and can use them for promotional purposes including but not limited to: publication, exhibition, award entries etc.

Sales and Refund:

Pre-payment for Portrait Session Fee can be refunded at Photographer’s discretion before the Portrait Session has taken place. After the Portrait Session all sales are final.

Additional Images Storage:

The Photographer can guarantee to keep the un-purchased images from your Portrait Session for up to 12 month after the date of your session. In case you wish to purchase more images, you can schedule an additional Viewing Session within 12 months from your Portrait Session.
